Oraia · health intelligence from Genoryx, free to try
Meet Oraia. Your report, read in plain words.
Upload a blood report, take a skin selfie or answer about 49 questions. Oraia reads every marker against the lab’s range and Indian population data, estimates your biological age as a range, and explains each number. A Genoryx physician reviews it when you book a consult.
Each flow gives you a different lens on the gap between your calendar age and how your body is actually ageing. Combine all three for the most complete picture.

Most detail
Blood report analysis
Upload a photo or PDF of your blood report. Oraia reads every marker on it, compares each against the usual adult band and Indian population data, and sets out what needs attention, in plain words.
You give
A PDF or photo of a recent report, up to 25 MB and 50 pages. Your browser checks size, pages and lighting before it uploads.
You get
Every marker explained, counts of optimal, borderline and needs-attention, and a biological-age estimate given as a range.
Time
A first read in minutes.
Your data
The file sits in a private store in Mumbai. Delete it any time.
Will not
Diagnose a condition or name a treatment. A physician decides that, when you book.
12 skin signs + 12 that can point inward, each linked to a blood test
Outside in
Skin age analysis
Take a selfie and Oraia estimates your skin age with computer vision. Skin ageing correlates with internal health markers, so each visible sign is linked to the marker behind it and the blood test that would check it.
You give
One clear, front-facing photo in daylight. Your browser checks size, light and that a face is in frame.
You get
24 signs scored, a skin-age estimate, and the blood tests worth asking for. Cosmetic suggestions are over-the-counter ingredient types, never prescription actives.
Time
A few minutes. Once a week per phone number.
Your data
The photo is stored privately and shown back only through short-lived links.
Will not
Diagnose a mole, a rash or any skin disease. See a dermatologist for those.
Answer about 49 evidence-based questions across 8 areas, from sleep and nutrition to stress and lifestyle. A fixed scoring method turns your answers into a biological-age estimate, and an AI-written explanation reads it back to you.
You give
About 49 answers, most of them a single tap.
You get
An age for each of 5 body systems, a biological-age estimate, and a plain-language read. If the AI explanation fails, a written template stands in.
Time
About 5 minutes. Once a week per phone number.
Your data
Your answers are kept with your result. Delete them any time.
Will not
Measure anything in your body. It reads your answers only, so treat it as a starting point.
Upload every page that has results on it, up to 50.
For a photo of a report: flat, in even light, every line in frame.
For a selfie: daylight, facing the camera, no filter.
Over 25 MB? Upload only the result pages, or a compressed PDF.
Or just ask.
Oraia explains; it never names a treatment.

Optional, and only if you ask
A physician reads it with you.
Book a consult and a Genoryx physician reviews your result, with your history and the rest of your data. Without a booking, nobody reviews it automatically.
Across 12 body systems. Each one opens a page on what it measures, what moves it and the usual range. Oraia also reads markers that are not in the library yet.
An enzyme that leaks out of liver cells when they are irritated.
In daily life
A liver holding extra fat rarely hurts. You may notice nothing at all, or only that you tire more easily after meals.
Why it matters for the long run
A quietly raised level is the most common early sign of fat building up in the liver, and that same fat sits at the root of insulin resistance, blood-fat problems and heart risk decades later.
Read it with triglycerides
A liver holding extra fat does two things at once. It leaks ALT, and it pushes extra triglycerides out into the blood, which is why the pair usually rises together.
Indian reference ranges
Built for Indian bodies.
Most reference ranges and biological-age methods were built in American and European cohorts. Indian norms for HDL, hs-CRP, vitamin D and body fat differ, so Oraia uses Indian population data where it exists and says when it falls back to US data.
South Asians develop heart disease roughly a decade earlier than Western populations. Lp(a) is set almost entirely by the genes you were born with and barely moves with diet, so Oraia reads it as a lifelong factor, not a score to chase.
Anaemia is common in India: NFHS-5 found 57% of women aged 15 to 49 anaemic. Low iron lets red cells live longer and lifts HbA1c on its own, so Oraia reads it beside your haemoglobin and ferritin before calling it high.
Indians develop insulin resistance at lower body weights than Western populations, which is why WHO suggests lower BMI cut-offs for Asians. Oraia leans on fasting insulin and the three-month sugar average rather than weight, and does not trust the triglyceride-to-HDL ratio alone in South Asian women.
Indoor work, sunscreen and darker skin all reduce what the skin makes. A low level is flagged as something to correct and kept out of the biological age, so a nutrient gap does not read as faster ageing.
In a study of 441 men in and around Pune, two in three had low B12 and vegetarians were at four times the risk. Low B12, and the homocysteine that rises with it, are flagged as things to correct and left out of the age.
Arjun is fictional. His panel shows the shape of a real Oraia blood report: the short version first, then every marker against its band, with the ones the lab left unflagged called out.
What the panel says, in the order it matters: what to do next first, then every number in turn.

In plain words
Most of your panel is in range. Four numbers are moving together: blood fats, a liver enzyme, the three-month sugar average and the particle count. Read as one pattern, they point at how your body is handling fuel, and they respond to small, steady changes. Vitamin D is low, as it is for most people in India.

What it is, and is not
An AI first read. A physician decision.
Oraia runs on established AI models, grounded in published longevity research. It gives you a first read in minutes; a Genoryx physician reviews it when you book a consult. Oraia never diagnoses or prescribes.
What Oraia does
Read your answers, blood report or skin photo and give a first read in minutes
Explain each marker in plain language, with the evidence behind it
Keep your results so you can compare the next ones
What Oraia will not do
Diagnose a condition
Prescribe or recommend medicines
Replace a consultation, or act as telemedicine
Handle emergencies: it points you to emergency care instead

Before you submit
Consent, every time
You accept the health-data notice on every submission, not just the first. We log the notice version, the time, your browser and a one-way hash of your IP address.
On upload
A private store in Mumbai
Reports and photos go to a private store in ap-south-1 (Mumbai) and are shown back to you only through short-lived signed links.
While it reads
The model sees the file, for that request
To read a report or photo, the AI provider (Google, OpenAI or Anthropic, through the Vercel AI Gateway) has to see it, and that can cross borders. Provider tiers exclude your data from model training.
Before you see a number
Checks on the result
The questionnaire and skin check are limited to one a week per phone number. If a questionnaire result contradicts itself, Oraia holds the number back rather than show one it does not trust.
For up to 7 years
Kept, then removed
Your health data is kept for up to 7 years from submission, the period in the notice you accept. A weekly job removes anything older.
Any time
Delete it yourself
Delete everything from your results page, or write to privacy@genoryx.com. Consult bookings are kept separately.
Only if you book
A physician reads it with you
There is no automatic review queue. A Genoryx physician reviews your result when you book a consult.
Oraia is a health-literacy tool built by Genoryx. It accepts inputs through three flows (a guided questionnaire, a blood-report upload, or a face photograph) and returns a biological-age estimate, an organ-system summary and plain-language explanations of your markers. It is not a diagnostic device, not a prescription engine, and not a substitute for a consultation with a doctor.
Does a doctor review my result?
Only when you book a consult. Oraia gives you an AI first read within minutes, and a Genoryx physician reviews it when you book. There is no automatic review queue and no fixed turnaround for unreviewed results. Results are not a diagnosis.
Which labs’ reports can it read?
Oraia reads the printed values, units and ranges whatever the lab’s layout, and it is built for the long, multi-page reports Indian labs produce. Upload a PDF or a photo (PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC) up to 25 MB and 50 pages. A photo needs to be at least 480 pixels on its short side and evenly lit; your browser checks this before uploading.
What if a marker is missing from my report?
Oraia reads what is on the report and does not invent the rest. The PhenoAge method needs nine markers (albumin, creatinine, fasting glucose, CRP, lymphocyte percentage, MCV, RDW, alkaline phosphatase and white-cell count). When any is missing the formula is not stretched to fit: the estimate falls back to how far the available markers sit from normal together, and the range is marked with lower confidence.
Who sees my report?
Your result opens from a long, unguessable link, so anyone you share that link with can open it. Uploaded reports and photos sit in a private store in Mumbai and are shown back only through short-lived signed links. To read a file, the AI provider sees it for that one request. A Genoryx physician looks at your result when you book a consult.
Why read my results against Indian data?
Most reference ranges and biological-age methods were built in American and European cohorts. South Asians develop heart disease about a decade earlier and become insulin resistant at lower weights, and Indian norms for HDL, hs-CRP and vitamin D differ. Oraia uses Indian population data (ICMR-INDIAB, the Apollo multicentre study, NFHS-5 and others) where it exists, and falls back to US data where it does not.
How is my biological age worked out?
When all nine PhenoAge markers are on a blood panel, the Levine 2018 method applies, cross-checked with a second, fixed formula on the wider panel. The report shows a range that spans both, widened when data is thin. If the two disagree by more than eight years, confidence is marked low. The questionnaire uses its own fixed scoring method.
How long is my data kept, and can I delete it?
Health data you submit is kept for up to 7 years from submission, the period in the consent you accept, and a weekly job removes anything older. You can delete everything sooner from your results page, or by writing to privacy@genoryx.com.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Every call goes through the Vercel AI Gateway to provider tiers that contractually exclude prompts and outputs from training their foundation models. Genoryx does not fine-tune any model on member health data.
Isn’t this just another AI chatbot?
No. It reads your own values from your own report, places each against Indian population data where it exists, cross-checks the biological age with a fixed formula, holds back a questionnaire result that contradicts itself, and never names a treatment. When you book a consult, a physician decides.
Is Oraia free?
Yes. All three flows are free. The questionnaire and the skin check can each be taken once a week per phone number; there is no weekly limit on blood reports.
Free. The questionnaire takes about 5 minutes; a blood report gets a first read in minutes. A Genoryx physician reviews your results when you book a consult.
