What human studies show
- NAD+ in human tissue falls with age.
- Infused NAD+ is cleared fast. In one pilot study, blood NAD+ did not rise for the first two hours of a slow infusion.
What they do not show yet
- There are no large randomised trials showing that IV NAD+ improves energy, recovery or ageing in healthy adults.
- The best dose and how often to repeat it are not settled.
So we screen first
Because the benefit is not proven, the risk has to be small. A physician checks your history, medicines and contraindications before any infusion, and prescribes it only where clinically indicated.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme that cells use in energy metabolism and DNA repair. Measured levels in human tissue fall with age. Whether giving NAD+ by infusion changes health in healthy adults has not been shown.
Given intravenously, NAD+ has to run slowly, so an infusion takes 2–3 hours in a physician-supervised clinic, with the dose chosen after a medical screen, not off a menu.

What the evidence says.
The biology is well established. NAD+ is central to energy metabolism and DNA repair, and measured NAD+ in human tissue falls with age.
What is not yet established is how much IV NAD+ changes outcomes in healthy people. The human infusion data are small pilot studies; in one, infused NAD+ was cleared from the blood almost completely for the first two hours. We tell you this before you book, and a physician, not marketing, decides whether NAD+ is given at all.

Common questions.
How long does an NAD+ IV session take in your Hyderabad clinics?
Plan for 2–3 hours per infusion at either clinic. NAD+ has to run slowly: a faster rate causes flushing, nausea or chest tightness, so a clinician sets the rate and adjusts it through the session.
Is NAD+ IV therapy safe?
When medically screened and physician-supervised, NAD+ infusions are generally well tolerated. Every Genoryx protocol begins with a medical review of your history, medicines and contraindications. That screening is what separates a clinic from a drip bar.
What does an NAD+ infusion feel like?
Some people feel flushing, chest tightness, nausea or cramping during the drip, usually when the rate is too fast. These settle when the infusion is slowed, which is why a clinician watches every session and adjusts the rate.
How should I prepare?
Eat a normal meal and drink water beforehand, wear a top with sleeves that roll up easily, and bring a list of the medicines and supplements you take.
What does NAD+ IV therapy cost in Hyderabad?

How often should I take NAD+ infusions?
There is no universal answer. A typical plan is a loading phase of 2–4 sessions over two weeks, then monthly maintenance or as your physician prescribes. The plan is adjusted, or stopped, after retesting.
