Feeling unsure?
Your first visit, step by step, with nothing hidden.
What happens on the day, who you meet, what to bring and what it costs. If needles, results or a sales pitch worry you, this page is for you.

A phone call first, and no obligation.

A free discovery call
We go through your history and goals and suggest a starting point. Ask anything, including the price. There is no obligation to book.
When you book
Preparation, sent to you
The blood panel is a fasting sample. The care team tells you when to stop eating and anything else your tests need when they confirm your booking.
What to bring and wear
Four things, all optional but useful.
- Recent blood reports and any scans, even if they are a few years old.
- A list of the medicines and supplements you take, with doses.
- A top with sleeves that roll up easily, for the blood draw.
- Comfortable clothes and shoes if your plan includes a VO₂ max test.
On the day
What happens, in order.
Times are the ones each test’s own page states. Where a time depends on your plan, we say so.

Arrive
With: Clinic team
Both clinics are open every day, 11 AM to 9 PM. You choose the one closer to you.
02 · Before any test
Consent and vitals
With: Clinic team
We explain each test, take your consent, and check basic vitals such as blood pressure.
03 · 30–45 minutes
The blood draw
With: Medical team
The 400+ parameter entry assessment starts with one draw. Tell us if needles worry you, before we start.
04 · Only if your plan includes them
Scans and fitness tests
With: Medical team
DEXA takes 10–15 minutes lying still. InBody takes about a minute standing. VO₂ max takes 45–60 minutes on a treadmill.
05 · Same day
Go home
With: You
That is the visit. Some results take longer than others, so the physician sees you once every result is back.

60 minutes · in person · with a physician
Results, explained
Once every result is back, a physician goes through each marker with you, gives your biological age as a range, and tells you directly about anything serious. Epigenetic results take 2–3 weeks.
It ends with a written plan: what to change first, which protocol fits if any, and when each number is retested. See every part of it in the sample report.
The worries people tell us
Five worries, answered plainly.
“I am scared of needles.”
Many people are. The assessment needs one blood draw, not a course of injections. Tell the team before we start so we can go at your pace, and bring someone with you if that helps.
“What if you find something?”
A physician tells you directly at your consultation, never through an automated report alone, and explains what the finding does and does not mean. If it needs a specialist, you are referred onward and told how urgent it is.
“What if everything is normal?”
Then you leave with a measured baseline instead of an assumption. A normal result is a good outcome, not a prompt to find something to treat.
“Is a DEXA scan a lot of radiation?”
No. Radiation doses from DEXA are very low. A scan gives about 1–5 microsieverts. A chest X-ray gives about 20, and everyday background radiation gives about 7 a day. DEXA is only done if your plan includes it.1
“Will you try to sell me things?”
No. IV therapy is offered only after a physician has screened you and only when a measured reason supports it. Spa and aesthetic treatments are never bundled into an assessment.

Talk to the care team before you book anything. The discovery call is free and lasts about 15 minutes.
Ask us a question
Saying no
You can decline every protocol. That is fine.
The consultation ends with a plan, and the plan can be nothing more than a retest date. Every recommendation has to trace to a measured marker or your history, and a normal result is a good outcome.
The assessment and consultation can be booked on their own. You are not asked to buy a protocol or a membership. Read how we decide what to offer.
Your data is stored in India and never sold, and you can delete your Oraia data at any time. The privacy policy lists every provider we use.

Questions people ask.
How long does the first visit take?
The blood draw takes 30–45 minutes. Add 10–15 minutes for DEXA and 45–60 minutes for VO₂ max if your plan includes them. The 60-minute results consultation is a separate visit, once every result is back.
Do I need to fast?
The blood panel is a fasting sample. The care team tells you exactly when to stop eating when they confirm your booking, because it depends on your appointment time and your tests.
Who will I meet?
The care team on the phone, the clinic and medical team on the day, and a Genoryx physician for your results. Genoryx is led by Dr. R. Brahmananda Reddy and Dr. Asritha Reddy.
Can I say no to everything the physician suggests?
Yes. You can take the plan, part of it, or none of it. The assessment and consultation can be booked on their own, and you are not asked to buy a protocol or a membership.
What does it cost?
The discovery call is free. Single sessions outside a membership range from ₹4,000 to ₹30,000, and memberships are ₹20,000–25,000, ₹45,000–60,000 or ₹90,000–1,50,000 a month. Ask the care team for the price of your assessment on the first call, before anything is booked.
