For families abroad

Your parents’ health in Hyderabad, looked after properly.

Book a physician-led assessment for a parent at either of our Hyderabad clinics, take the first call from your own time zone, and, with their consent, hear what the results mean.

How it works from abroad

Four steps. You can start the first two from anywhere.

  1. 01

    Get in touch from anywhere

    WhatsApp, email or the form

WhatsApp works from any country. In the contact form, choose the goal “A parent’s health” and give your parent’s Indian mobile number so we can reach them too.

  2. 02

    A discovery call

15 minutes · phone or video

We go through your parent’s history, medicines and goals and suggest a starting point. It is free, and you can take it from wherever you live.

  3. 03

    Their first visit

    Banjara Hills or Manikonda

Your parent comes to the clinic closer to them for the 400+ parameter entry assessment. A family member in Hyderabad is welcome to come along.

  4. 04

    Results, explained

    60 minutes · in person · with a physician

Once every result is back, a physician goes through each one with your parent. With your parent’s consent, the results are shared with you too.

Prefer the form? Use the contact form and choose the goal “A parent’s health”.

What is covered

The same assessment every member starts with, planned for their age.

  • The 400+ parameter entry assessment

One blood draw covering heart, metabolic, hormone, liver, kidney and inflammatory health, read against your parent’s age and history.

  • Tests chosen for their age

Scans such as DEXA, which also measures bone density, are added only where the plan includes them. A maximal exercise test needs a cardiac review first.

  • A 60-minute physician consultation

In person, every marker explained, and anything serious told to your parent directly.

  • A written plan and a retest date

What to change first, which protocol fits if any, and when each number is measured again. The plan can be lifestyle changes alone.

See what a results report looks like in the sample report, or look up any marker in the biomarker library.

What we will not do to your parents

Five promises you can hold us to.

  • We will not repeat tests your parent has just had. Bring their recent reports and the physician will show what they already cover.
  • We will not bundle spa, aesthetic or IV treatments into the assessment. IV therapy is offered only after screening, and only for a measured reason.
  • We will not tell your parent about a serious finding through an automated report. A physician tells them directly, and refers them onward with a clear sense of urgency if they need a specialist.
  • We will not share your parent’s results with anyone, including you, without their consent.
  • We will not promise results. A retest shows what moved and what did not.

Consent and privacy

Their results belong to them. You see them when they say so.

Under India’s DPDP Act 2023, your parent is the person whose data this is. We ask for their consent, and share their results with family only when they agree.

Data is stored in India, in Mumbai, and is never sold. The privacy policy lists every provider we use and the rights your parent has.

Two clinics

Wherever your parents live in Hyderabad, one is close.

Both are open every day, with the same physicians at both.

Questions people ask.

Can I book for my parents if I live outside India?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp, email info@genoryx.com, or use the contact form and choose “A parent’s health”. We will also need to speak with your parent, because the assessment and the consent are theirs.

Can I join the conversation from abroad?

The discovery call is by phone or video, so you can take it from your own time zone. The results consultation is in person at the clinic. If you would like to be part of it, tell the care team when you book and ask how you can be included.

Will I see my parent’s results?

With your parent’s consent, yes. Their health data belongs to them under India’s DPDP Act 2023, so we share it with family only when they agree.

Is the assessment suitable for someone in their sixties or seventies?

The physician plans the tests around your parent’s age, history and medicines. Some tests are added only where they help, and a maximal exercise test needs a cardiac review first.

What if something serious is found?

A physician tells your parent directly at the consultation, explains what the finding does and does not mean, and refers them onward if they need a specialist, with a clear sense of how urgent it is.

Which clinic should they visit?

Whichever is closer. Banjara Hills and Manikonda are both open every day, 11 AM to 9 PM, with the same physicians at both.

Your biological age is a number you can measure.

Start with the 400+ parameter entry assessment and a 60-minute physician consultation at either Hyderabad clinic. Open seven days, 11 AM to 9 PM.
