Terms of service.

The terms for using genoryx.com, Oraia and our clinic services, written to be read.

Draft for legal review. This text describes how Genoryx works today and is being reviewed by counsel; the reviewed version will replace it under a new effective date.

  1. 01About these terms

    These terms apply when you use genoryx.com, the Oraia health-literacy tool, or book and receive services at a Genoryx clinic in Hyderabad. By using the site or our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

    How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  2. 02Our services

    Genoryx provides physician-led preventive and longevity medicine: health assessments and biomarker testing, physician consultations, and supervised therapies such as IV therapy and hyperbaric oxygen where a physician judges them appropriate. Every service is subject to a physician’s assessment of whether it suits you, and a physician may decline or stop a service on clinical grounds.

  3. 03Not for emergencies

    Neither the website nor Oraia provides emergency care. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, a severe allergic reaction or thoughts of harming yourself, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department now.

  4. 04Medical information and results

    Articles, biomarker pages and other content on this site are for education. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace a consultation with a registered medical practitioner who knows your history.

    Responses to treatment vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any particular result, including a change in biological age or in any biomarker.

  5. 05Using Oraia

    Oraia gives an AI first read of a questionnaire, a blood report or a skin photograph. It is not a diagnostic device, it does not prescribe, and it is not telemedicine. A Genoryx physician reviews your result only when you book a consultation. See how Oraia works for the detail.

    • Oraia is for adults aged 18 and over.
    • Upload only your own reports and photographs, or those you have permission to share.
    • Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We limit how often free analyses can be run.
    • AI output can be wrong. Check anything important with a physician before acting on it.

  6. 06Bookings and cancellations

    A booking or callback form on the website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A care coordinator will contact you to confirm a time. Some tests need preparation, such as fasting; we will tell you what to do when we confirm.

    Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer the slot to someone else.

  7. 07Prices and payment

    Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due when the service is provided unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept UPI, cards and net banking.

    Membership commitment, pause, cancellation and refund terms are set out in your membership agreement, which you receive before you pay. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

  8. 08Our content

    The text, design, images and software on this site belong to Genoryx or its licensors. You may read, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

  9. 09Liability

    We provide the website and Oraia with reasonable care but cannot promise they will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Genoryx is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content or Oraia output without a physician consultation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for negligence in the clinical care we provide.

  10. 10Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute that we cannot resolve together first.

  11. 11Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms when our services or the law change. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Bookings already confirmed stay under the terms that applied when you made them.
