Genoryx Pulse (Assessment)
Starts with the 400+ parameter entry assessment, then adds InBody body composition and a VO2 max test, brought together in one physician review.
3-4 hours total (blood draw + VO2 Max + consultation)
Longevity Programs
Starts with the 400+ parameter entry assessment, then an InBody body composition scan and a 60-minute physician consultation to set your baseline.

Every meaningful journey in health optimisation begins with the same question: where am I right now? The Genoryx Spark package is designed to answer that question precisely, affordably, and without requiring a full day at the clinic.
Too many people attempt to optimise their health blindly — following generic supplement protocols, adopting diets based on influencer recommendations, or training based on programmes designed for someone else's body. Without objective baseline data, you are navigating without a map. The Spark package provides that map.
Like every Genoryx package, Spark starts with the 400+ parameter entry assessment, read by a physician. On top of that it includes three components. First, a medical-grade InBody body composition analysis measuring body fat percentage, visceral fat area, segmental lean mass, skeletal muscle mass, and extracellular water ratio. These metrics provide a far more nuanced picture of your physical health than BMI or bathroom scale weight ever could. Muscle matters for survival: in a study of 3,659 older adults, those with the highest muscle mass index had lower all-cause mortality than those with the lowest (Srikanthan P, Karlamangla AS, American Journal of Medicine, 2014). Most people have no idea where they stand.
Second, a 60-minute physician consultation with one of our longevity-trained doctors. This is not a routine checkup — it is a structured conversation about your health goals, family history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and what your entry assessment and InBody scan show. Your physician will identify immediate action items and say whether further tests (VO2 Max, DEXA, epigenetic testing) would add anything for your situation.
Third, a personalised health snapshot document summarising your results, key findings, and recommended next steps. This document serves as your baseline reference — something to measure future progress against.
The Genoryx Spark is priced to be accessible because we believe everyone deserves a data-driven starting point. It is the most popular entry point for patients who eventually progress to our Pulse and Spectrum programmes. Fasting is needed before the blood draw, and comfortable clothing for the InBody scan. Well supported when your results or diagnosis call for it, and only then. How we grade evidence
What it shows
Muscle mass and body fat distribution predict long-term health, and bioimpedance measures them quickly.
What it does not show
Spark sets a baseline from the 400+ parameter entry assessment and body composition. Fitness testing such as VO2 max comes with Pulse and Spectrum.
ESPEN guidance: BIA is valid in stable, normally hydrated people, and not recommended at extremes of BMI or with abnormal hydration.
In 3,659 older adults, those in the highest quarter of muscle mass index had lower mortality.
Numbers in brackets point to the studies above. Medical review: a physician who did not write this page checks each line against the source it cites, and checks that nothing reads as a promised result. How we review
A good fit
Talk to us first
Your physician confirms at screening whether this is right for you. If anything above applies, tell us when you book.
Consultation
Goals, history and what you want to measure, so the programme fits you.
Assessment
Your tests and sessions are scheduled together: blood draw and InBody scan, then a 60-minute physician consultation.
Results review
A physician brings the results together into one picture, in plain language.
Plan and follow-up
A written plan with the next measurements booked: single assessment (repeat quarterly to track progress).
A Genoryx physician designs the programme, reviews every result with you and is accountable for each decision that follows. Nothing is started without a screening.
Meet the clinical teamAnnual checkups typically measure weight, blood pressure, and basic blood work — useful for disease detection but inadequate for health optimisation. The Spark starts with the 400+ parameter entry assessment, adds body composition analysis (visceral fat and muscle mass, which weight alone misses) and a 60-minute physician consultation oriented toward longevity rather than disease management. Think of it as upgrading from a basic car service to a diagnostic scan.
Your physician will recommend specific next steps based on your results and goals. Common follow-ups include VO2 Max testing (for cardiovascular fitness), a retest of selected markers, or progression to the Genoryx Pulse package. There is no obligation to continue — the Spark is valuable as a standalone assessment.
Absolutely. We offer Spark gift vouchers that make thoughtful gifts for health-conscious friends, family members, or colleagues. The voucher is valid for 6 months and can be redeemed by booking directly with our scheduling team.
