The Genoryx Spectrum is our most comprehensive longevity assessment, adding the most tests on top of the entry assessment. It is designed for individuals who want the most complete picture of their biological health that current science can provide, and who are willing to invest the time and resources to obtain it.
Like every Genoryx package, Spectrum starts with the 400+ parameter entry assessment. It then adds the following. First, additional blood markers for oxidative stress (8-OHdG, isoprostanes), advanced cardiovascular risk (oxidized LDL, PLAC test, MPO), advanced thyroid (reverse T3, thyroid antibodies), sex hormone binding and metabolism, and comprehensive micronutrient status including intracellular magnesium and RBC zinc.
Second, a DEXA (dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry) scan, a reference method for body composition, providing precise body fat percentage, visceral adipose tissue quantification, lean mass distribution, and bone mineral density assessment. DEXA is often used as a reference when other body composition methods are evaluated, and it provides the bone density data that InBody cannot.
Third, a 14-day continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) period using a medical-grade sensor that tracks interstitial glucose every 5 minutes, generating over 4,000 data points. This reveals your glucose variability: the spikes, dips and patterns that a single fasting glucose test cannot detect. Your physician will analyse your CGM data alongside your food diary to identify specific dietary triggers.
Fourth, epigenetic biological age testing using DNA methylation clocks (Horvath, GrimAge, or DunedinPACE). These are research tools that estimate biological ageing; they are useful for tracking change over time but are not yet validated for individual treatment decisions. Your chronological age is fixed; epigenetic markers can change. This test tells you how fast you are aging at the molecular level and provides the baseline against which future interventions are measured.
Finally, a 60-minute physician consultation integrating all data into a unified health assessment, risk stratification, and personalised action plan covering nutrition, exercise, supplementation, therapeutic interventions, and follow-up schedule.
The Spectrum requires approximately one full day at the clinic (blood draw, DEXA, consultation) plus the 14-day CGM period at home. Results from the epigenetic test take 3-4 weeks. This is the programme we recommend for patients who view health optimisation as a serious, data-driven investment. Book a consultation with our longevity physician to determine if the Spectrum is the right assessment level for your goals.
