Comprehensive longevity assessment: 70+ biomarkers, VO2 Max cardiopulmonary testing, and an in-depth physician consultation. Know your numbers, know your trajectory.

How is Pulse different from Spark and Spectrum?
Spark provides a quick baseline (InBody + consult). Pulse adds 70+ blood biomarkers and VO2 Max testing for meaningful clinical depth. Spectrum is our most comprehensive offering — 130+ biomarkers, DEXA scan, CGM, and epigenetic age testing. Pulse is the sweet spot for most patients: enough data for genuine insight and actionable recommendations without a full-day commitment.
Why is VO2 Max included? I thought that was just for athletes.
VO2 Max is the single strongest predictor of all-cause mortality in the medical literature — stronger than smoking status, diabetes, or hypertension. A 2018 JAMA study of 120,000+ patients confirmed this. Knowing your VO2 Max gives your physician an objective cardiovascular fitness metric to track and improve over time. It is as relevant for a 55-year-old executive as for a competitive athlete.
How long does the full Pulse assessment take?
Plan for approximately 3-4 hours. This includes the blood draw (15 minutes), a 20-minute VO2 Max test, processing time while we prepare preliminary results, and a 60-minute physician consultation. We schedule Pulse assessments in the morning to accommodate fasting requirements.
