Can this programme actually make me biologically younger?
The programme targets multiple established hallmarks of aging — telomere attrition, senescent cell accumulation, NAD+ decline, and mitochondrial dysfunction — using therapies with published evidence for each. The Tel Aviv HBOT research showed 20-38% telomere lengthening; NAD+ restoration supports sirtuin-mediated DNA repair. Why combine HBOT with NAD+ instead of doing them separately?
HBOT creates a regenerative stimulus (stem cell mobilisation, angiogenesis, cellular stress response). NAD+ provides the metabolic fuel (sirtuin activation, DNA repair capacity) for cells to act on that stimulus. The combination is more than additive — HBOT without adequate NAD+ leaves cells unable to fully capitalise on the repair signals, and NAD+ without the regenerative stimulus of HBOT has fewer repair cascades to fuel. They are designed to work together.
What if my epigenetic age does not improve?
Biological age change is influenced by many factors — genetics, lifestyle, sleep, stress, nutrition — and a 10-week programme addresses the therapy component. If your post-programme test shows limited change, your physician will analyse contributing factors (lifestyle, sleep quality, inflammatory load) and may recommend extending the protocol, adding lifestyle interventions, or adjusting the therapeutic approach. The data itself is valuable regardless of direction — it tells us what to adjust.
Is this programme suitable for someone in their 30s?
Absolutely. Biological aging begins well before symptoms appear, and early intervention produces the greatest lifetime benefit. A 35-year-old with a biological age of 40 has a clear opportunity for intervention. The programme is appropriate for any adult who has baseline epigenetic age data showing accelerated aging or who simply wants to invest proactively in longevity. Age is not the eligibility criterion — biological age and health goals are.
